Nut Free Maple Granola

I had an early request for a Nut Free range from a Customer and having a child with a nut allergy I really wanted to have options available.

So I worked very hard to source the best ingredients and filled this blend with my favourite seeds and added Rice Brown Puffs for that POP to Organic Australian Oats. Long slow baked to lock in the gorgeousness of the purest Canadian Maple and orange juice with a touch of coconut oil, vanilla and cinnamon, and topped if off with Coconut Flakes, Currants and Apricots…YUM!

The smell of this cooking warms my heart and reminds me of where it all began.
